i think a lot of the "opening up too fast" is not just you doing it... being an attractive female sometimes overwhelms men, especially less experienced men or emotionally vulnerable ones. So really, if they open up real fast and you ‘mimic’ them, it may seem right when you focus correctly as stated, but there’s still the side where the personality comes into play. It may have seemed right last night, but today? Not so much. And this is related to trust-- these are emotional defenses.

how to make those stop? who knows.
