I posted rock bottom thread under general discussion and what i am now hoping for is advice on the type of counceling to ask for when i visit my doctor. Please read rock bottom and any advice or opinion would be gratefully accepted as i really want to i want to become a truthful freind and husband to my wife for the first time in our mariage, for i know this is the least she deserves as she is still allowing me to lean on her and i want my wife to trust me enough to have the confidence to lean on me without having to work out if what i say is the truth or not.

All you have to do is call a family couselor and tell them what your problem is they will let you know if its something they can handle or not.

You shouldnt have a problem finding a couselor.
