I am not sure how to handle this, my stepdaughters lie all the time, so does my stepson. this didn't bother me when they didn't live with me but now its like , i don't care if you lie but when you do something in front of everyone don't lie.. my stepdaughter right in front of my husband and everyone else broke the printer, when something was said to her she said it wasn't her , that other people used it too.. i let it go because its husband daughter let him take care of it. he let it go. this is done all the time he won't as i say take the horns of the bull and do what is right for looking like a bad guy.. the next day it was brought up a again and she said i didn't do it it was the other people living here... this is a small thing compare to the rest. everything is someone else, she plug up the toliet with her personal item. she was told not to do it again and she told her dad she doesn't used those things.. i open the closet and said then who are these then since this is her shelf.. he didn't say a word or corrected her.. again why. this girl throws in stuff all the time to cause problems .. she is 19. my husband is in denial about this with his children when you are in denial and then tell them he believes them they won't lie to him they do it in his face and he doesn't nothing i don't get it.. what is a person to do because nothing is getting done things are getting destory and its never them
