You know... your right, I never thought of it like that. Not only that they could simply just use a pay phone. Thanks for bring that up that makes me feel better.

I have done all seen all with Cingular/ATT-there is no way to replace a number with your own number. The only thing that would be close to that is that you can set Smart Limits (a feature that ATT/Cingular offers) which can block designated numbers from calling and receiving calls from that designated number. The only other answer would be that she is calling her voice mail from her phone, listening to messages and returning messages via voicemail (it gets sent directly to the phone) but it takes FOREVER and it doesn't work all the time. My suggestion is that if you feel something is wrong, it probably is. Just ask her. Save yourself the heartache and just ask. Maybe she doesn't feel she can tell you the truth. But I think you may be looking a little too hard into this.

I am not sure if anyone had this answered yet, but an incoming call showing her number is a phone number that has been blocked or hidden on the callers phone. I have been doing a lot of investigating into my husbands phone records and the times that I have made phone calls to him while my number is "hidden" the call comes through as his number. Hope that helps and best of luck!
