How Often Do Lovers Lie?

Trying to determine how often romantic partners deceive each other is not easy. In many cases, people are not even aware they are lying because it comes so naturally (see, lying comes easy).

Making it even more difficult to study, everyone likes to think that they are fairly honest and candid with those they love. People often misperceive their own deceptive behavior.
